The Service is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review and verify the output before relying on it.
Your files, your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to upload and process them.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, confidential-beyond-your-authority, or that you cannot afford to lose.
- Mark-Down is not a storage or backup service. Always keep your own copies of your original files.
Nothing is stored long-term
Files are used only to perform the conversion you request and are then automatically and permanently deleted a short time afterward. We do not keep a long-term copy of your files, do not sell or share them, and do not use them to train AI models. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Optional AI features
If AI-assisted features are enabled, the relevant content may be sent to a third-party AI provider solely to perform the conversion. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim all liability arising from them.
Limitation of liability
